Midwest Adaptive Sports is a non-profit organization that focuses on positively impacting the lives of those with physical, cognitive, emotional or behavioral challenges through adaptive recreational and competitive sports.

We are thrilled to be featuring Midwest Music Foundation on this month’s Community Minute. Midwest Music Foundation supports the music community through providing physical and mental health care assistance, education and career development, events and resources.

The Dream Factory of Greater Kansas City is a local non-profit that is dedicated to making dreams come true for critically or chronically ill children in our area.

For this month’s Community Spotlight we are featuring the local business, Road Worthy. They are a non-profit that helps families and individuals get back on the road when their cars are down.

Our Community Minute highlight for the month is Widow Wednesday. They are a non-profit organization that was founded in 2012 by Jimmy Chouteau. His goal was to assist widows and widowers in the Kansas City area by connecting and building relationships with the widows in the community.

We are honored to be spotlighting Giving Yourself Real Love (G. Y. R. L.), a nonprofit created to inspire women, girls and their families to regain strength after being in a variety of abusive environments and relationships.
