Victor is a Loan Officer and incredibly passionate about what he does. Helping people such as potential homebuyers, veterans, renovators, etc gives him life and brings him a sense of fulfillment. His main goal is to save people as much money as possible when purchasing a home, as well as making their home buying experience positive and pleasant. Victor believes that owning a home is not just for the now, but for the future as well. It’s building a community in neighborhoods and cities and he believes that everyone has that right to experience a healthy community through owning a home.

Victor is USDA certified and has been licensed as a Loan Officer for over 13 years. Lastly, Victor believes that family comes first. He is a father of two kids and enjoys wine tasting, hosting events, traveling, as well as investing in properties in the inner city to educate and mentor people on how to buy, renovate, refinance and hold or sell properties.
