Collektive Company was founded by Damion Cooper In 2020, who received a vision to engage and transform young lives through mentorship, community, and meaningful experiences in local schools, with its first initiative launching at Lee’s Summit North High School.
Collektive Co is a pioneering ministry designed to impact students through music, teaching, speaking, and above all, love. With a foundation rooted in faith, the ministry aims to create a global movement of unity, beginning with a passion for God and expanding outward to reach and inspire communities worldwide.
Collektive company recognizes that every individual is endowed with unique gifts, talents, and experiences, and that true effectiveness in ministry comes through collaboration. Our mission, inspired by Jesus’ example of leaving the ninety-nine to seek the one lost sheep, is to “Reach the ONE.” Whether in local communities or on a global scale, our focus is on influencing and transforming lives.
